Join Kaleidoscope Innovation’s Director of Insights and Human Factors Valerie Fenster for a joint interactive roundtable discussion at the 5th Human Factors & User Experience for Medical Device Design, Engineering Device Safety and Development through Usability Testing and Risk Mitigation May 1-2, in San Diego, California.

Fenster and co-presenter Conne Mara Bazley, Vice President of RB Designs, will facilitate a discussion regarding “Incorporating Proper Complaint Documentation for Review within Human Factors Information.” Drawing on their own experiences in a variety of Human Factors leadership roles Fenster and Bazley will highlight the challenges that arise throughout the complaint process, and then facilitate a discussion for how to avoid and address those issues.

“I think it will be a cathartic session for this group of highly experienced Human Factors experts,” said Fenster. “We all know there’s a natural tendency for the blame to fall in a few common areas, but there’s often other overlooked root causes.”

Fenster’s career includes a variety of Human Factors leadership roles at companies such as Amgen and Abbott. Her depth of expertise contributes to Kaleidoscope’s ability – as a full-service insights, design and development firm – to provide Human Factors support at any stage of the product development process.
